Efron, 38, hired designer Joost Bakker and architect Frank Burride for the project. Bakker previously said on Instagram that they will use sustainable, eco-friendly materials such as hemp blocks, recycled oyster shells, agricultural waste and sustainable particle board, which will become the interior bricks.
