Speaking Thursday from the East Room of the White House, Trump said he was detailing findings from newly declassified intelligence reports alleging vulnerabilities in voting systems, China’s efforts to obtain US voter records, voter registration fraud in Michigan and what he said were more than 200,000 non-citizens on the state’s voter rolls.
