The video showed the victim’s head in a toilet, with Stephens standing on his back. The victim was hit with a telephone cord, hit with a bottle and refrigerator door, and punched.
This continued for four to five hours before the victim was able to call 911 at a nearby gas station.

In January 2025, Stephens pleaded guilty to 17 charges in a sex-trafficking investigation.
On Tuesday, two victims will read their victim impact statements in court.
