April in New York is a study in contrasts: wet and dry, hot and cold. As such, it’s perhaps not surprising that this month’s new restaurants range from fast-casual Imports to California in French fine dining. But regardless of the type of opening, what is true across the board is that there are LOT of them, how restaurants try to capture the crowds that are back in town after the winter and I’m hooking them up before some leave again for the summer.
We narrowed this month’s list down to the proverbial top 10; in it, you’ll find not one, but two new rotisserie outlets, a massive complex run by the team behind it Cote and Coqodaq and details on the two expected rapid arrivals: Gwyneth PaltrowS ‘ The Goop Kitchenand the Roman & Williams restaurant inside Sotheby’s, Marcel.
