The ministry said the initiative is part of efforts to digitize government transactions, streamline recruitment procedures and streamline residency-related services. The platform allows users to complete applications without visiting service centers, improving efficiency and reducing processing time.
Updated sponsorship eligibility rules
The notification also introduced revised rules governing the sponsorship of domestic workers and drivers:

Single women: have the right to sponsor only one domestic worker

Married/divorced/widowed women with children: a domestic worker and a driver

Married/divorced/widowed men with families: up to three domestic workers and one driver

Single men: are eligible to sponsor only one driver
Labor regulation and governance improvement
The ministry said the updated system aims to better regulate domestic job categories, ensure fair use of services and strengthen digital governance across government platforms.
