In a post on Social Truth, Trump said Tuesday that he would maintain a blockade on ships coming to and from Iran in the Strait of Hormuz. He said Pakistan, which had mediated between the two sides, had asked the US to halt new attacks and was extending the ceasefire until Iran presents a new proposal “and the discussions are concluded, one way or the other”.
