There’s nothing better than waking up after a full and undisturbed eight hours’ sleep (or more). Now, I don’t know about you, but this is rare for me.
I tried a lot sleep hacks and products in an effort to enjoy some 40 quiet eyes, including magnesium sprays, supplements, oils, pillow fog, white noise, sweat wicking pajamas (yes, they exist), and eye masks. But now it’s time for me to re-evaluate my bed, which may compromise my sleeping environment. thankfully, Sleeping Simba there is only the ticket!
Sleeping Simba recently launched not one, but six new bedding collections to suit each sleeper’s sleep preferences – how many times can I use sleep in a sentence, right?
Sleeping Simba is best known for its cloud-like mattresses and decadent pillows, which I have and love. So it’s only fair to complete the set with bedding.
Speaking about the latest drop, Simba Sleep CEO Steve Reid says: ‘We’ve curated this collection to marry material performance with considered design. At Simba, we believe that good sleep is a universal right. The bed extension allows us to shape the entire sleeping environment, not just the mattress beneath you.’
Simba Sleep bedding collection contains a variety of sheets, quilt duvet covers and pillowcases, which are available in single to super king sizes.
The designs are also crafted from six different fabrics, including cotton percale, brushed TENCEL, luxurious 300-thread count Egyptian cotton sateen, waffle cotton, soft muslin and cool lightweight linen.
This variety allows each customer to find the bed best suited to their needs, as different textures can affect air flow, provide moisture removal benefits, regulate body temperature and provide comfort, all of which are key factors that can affect sleep.
The collections are available in seven shades, including Pure White, Cloud Grey, Sage Green, Dusty Rose, Soft Oat, Midnight Blue and Light Cappuccino. While some may want a complete set, some may want to mix and match their sheets and duvet cover to suit them. interiors.
of collecting the bed also contains additional bedding layers such as waffle cotton and soft muslin, which can be an extra layer of warmth, or an elegant style in the bedroom.
If that wasn’t enough, the collection also features soft unisex muslins, which are available in three sizes.
of course Sleeping Simba has shown extra care when it comes to designs. Many sleep experts have warned me that something as small as a frayed lip or a sharp label on your bed can irritate you and disturb your sleep.
To combat this, the B Corp-certified brand has crafted every design to the highest quality, paying extra attention to construction and stitching around the bed.
So what’s on our shopping list?
Cotton percale bedding set
The Cotton Percale Bedding Set is the classic must-have for everyone. The set contains a pair of pillowcases, a duvet cover and a fitted sheet, which is available in small to super king sizes. While I love the classic white bed, it’s also available in six other colors. The 100% cotton bedding boasts a 200-thread percale weave, which provides a hotel-like finish that’s soft, comfortable and breathable.
Fitted sheet Tencel brushed
The Brushed Tencel range is created from 100% TENCEL fibre, which provides an essential breathable bed with a soft and velvety matte finish. This range wicks away moisture, so it’s ideal for sweaty sleepers. Plus, it claims to be ‘crease resistant’, so it’s even better for those who don’t like ironing (all of us!).
Cotton Waffle Throw
I’m a sucker for bed accessories, specifically throws. A throw adds that extra touch to complete the boudoir, in my humble opinion. Plus, it can disguise a messy bed just by throwing it on. The waffle texture adds another layer to your decor and means you can get away without ironing it too. This throw is available in four colors as well as medium, large and extra large sizes.
Soft quilted Muslin throw
Described as ‘soft and cloud-like’ on the website, this throw is ideal for those who want to make their bed cosy. While the muslin fabric is incredibly soft and delicate, the quilted design provides extra warmth for those feeling the chill, which is another big tick. Available in four colors, including soft oat, pure white, gray and sage green, as well as medium, large and extra large sizes.
Linen bedding cold pack
Get ready for the summer months with this bedding pack, which is made from a blend of linen and TENCEL fibers. This fabric blend supports a natural airflow, regulates heat and wicks away moisture, making it a cooling yet comfortable bedding set. This pack includes a duvet cover, a pair of pillowcases and a fitted sheet, which are available in all seven colours.
Soft muslin cloth
While I adore a matching bed set, why not take it to the next level with a matching muslin robe? This coat is unisex and available in four colors including Cloud Grey, Dusky Rose, Pure White and Soft Oat. It also comes in extra small/small, medium/large, and extra large/extra extra large sizes.
