Several motions days, including a request to split the case into more than one trial, are set for January and March.
Stronach, the founder of auto parts maker Magna International, was charged in 2024 with 18 criminal offenses involving 13 complainants, but the case was split into two later that year.
The Toronto trial included 12 charges against seven complainants, but prosecutors have since decided to proceed with only seven charges against four complainants.
The judge overseeing that trial, Superior Court Judge Anne Molloy, also said she could not convict Stronach of two charges related to one of the remaining appellants.
Molloy, who is hearing the case without a jury, said she hopes to make her decision at the next hearing in June.
