Two young men who were seconds away from drowning were pulled to safety after being trapped below Blackpool Pier.
Footage shows the children, Subby, 10, and another boy, 12, clinging to the structure as water rushed around them on May 28.
They had been on a family day out when they were trapped by the rapidly rising tide and were trapped for about 40 minutes.
Their mother Zully, from Leedshad tried to go out to reach the boys, but was pushed away by the waves.
Her 21-year-old nephew, Ted, also tried to reach the couple and clung to the pier’s supports, but was himself trapped.

Zully said she was left watching as her son began to disappear under the water.
She said: ‘I knew he would come up if he heard my voice telling him not to let go, but now the water was rising fast and I could see him going under.
“It didn’t feel real, it was like I was in some kind of powerless dream – a nightmare.
“I could see my nephew hanging, but I could see the fear in his eyes. I could see my son slumped against the scaffolding.’
of VOLUNTARY The crew was able to reach the boys in just a few minutes and took them to paramedics waiting on shore.
Zully said: “When I saw Subby get into that lifeboat and get himself, it was like a miracle. I thought he was gone. He survived because of these people who are volunteers.
‘God bless these people who came. I can’t understand the fact that they are just normal people with jobs and their families, but they would risk this to save my family.
“They don’t get enough credit for what they do. Nothing mattered to those people on that boat but saving lives and that’s unbelievable.’
