“The defendants instructed the smuggled aliens to make video testimonials advertising the company’s services,” added Matthew R. Galeotti, Chief of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “In reality, the defendants endangered their cargo and innocent American lives when they repeatedly engaged in life-threatening conduct, including multiple high-speed departures from law enforcement.”
