Vijay made the announcements before releasing the list of candidates contesting the April 23 assembly polls, which is a mix of incumbents of TVK’s predecessor Vijay Makkal Iyakkam (VMI), youth and AIADMK stragglers who joined the party overnight after being denied seats to contest.
