Trump says war on Iran ‘too full’: Reports

Washington: US President Donald Trump thinks the war against Iran “is too full” and that Washington was “way ahead” of its original four-to-five-week deadline, according to a CBS News reporter at X who cited an interview with him.

“I think the war is pretty much total. They don’t have a navy, they don’t have communications, they don’t have an air force,” Trump was quoted as saying by CBS News White House correspondent Weijia Jiang.

Trump also said the US is “very far” ahead of his initial estimated 4-5 week time frame for the war.

Of Iran’s new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, Trump told CBS News: “I have no message for him.” Trump said he has someone in mind to replace Khamenei, but gave no details.
