The list of offenses committed by those 17 transgender women includes first- and second-degree murder, assault with a weapon, manslaughter, arson, forcible confinement, sexual assault of minors and printing or publishing child pornography, the CSC said. Two of the 17 trans women are dangerous offenders, meaning they have been convicted of a serious violent or sexual crime and may pose a threat to others.
