He reached his 50 off 16 balls during the qualifier, equaling the fastest half-century in IPL playoff history along with Suresh Raina’s 16-ball fifty in IPL 2014 Qualifier 2.

Sooryavanshi hit 12 sixes during the match, the most by an Indian batsman in an IPL innings. He matched his record set earlier this season against SRH in Jaipur.
