Indigenous Services Canada says it provided Ermineski with $12.9 million in water capital investment and $12.1 million in operational and maintenance funding between 2004 and 2025. Lawyer Clayton Leonard, who represents western First Nations, including Ermineski, said operations and maintenance funds go toward a treatment plant, about 300 per cent. community.
