The Disney cruise was canceled after guests were already on board


Passengers were offered a full refund of their cruise charges, as well as unused, prepaid cases such as photo packages. They were also offered a 50 percent discount on the next cruise, free hotel accommodations for the day of the cancellation, May 7, reimbursement for hotel and flight changes and up to $500 in accident coverage. Disney provided additional assistance on a case-by-case basis.
