Sweden came third, while a group of European countries including Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Switzerland shared fourth place. Austria, Greece, Malta and Portugal followed in fifth place.
