Ontario police discover $139 million in drugs, anti-tank rifle seized in bust


However, the visual centerpiece of the press conference, which included federal and local law enforcement agencies, was not the plastic-wrapped bricks of the drug, but a rare Finnish anti-tank rifle, the Lahti L-39 .50 caliber, developed for use against Soviet forces in World War II and with no legitimate modern civilian application. It was among 17 firearms seized in recent police raids in the Windsor and Toronto areas.
