Chitradurga: Two people including the driver died on the spot and 28 passengers were injured when a private bus rammed into the divider near Konapura in Molakalmur taluk on Monday.
According to the police, the driver of the vehicle has been identified as Mohammed and the identity of the passenger who died is still unknown.
The injured passengers were admitted to Ballari Institute of Medical Sciences and Rampura General Hospital. A case has been registered at the Rampura police station.
