Dubai: The top performing high school graduates across the UAE received a surprise reward from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, who presented each of them with a financial prize of Dh100,000 accompanied by a personal message of congratulations and encouragement.
